It’s a stunningly beautiful natural phenomenon, that has been forged by nature over the course of many millenia. By definition, it is a ring made of stone through which wind passes, located at the edge of a canyon called Diva Grabovica. Following that, we have a separation of trails at around 1860 m, one trail leading to Hajdučka Vrata, and the other one continuing all the way up to Veliki Vilinac. The trail takes you west, walking an asphalt road at first, but soon going off road and entering a pine forest. The trail is steep but comfortable, well-marked and with no major obstacles. The goal is to climb the peak called “Veliki Vran” (Big Vran), at an elevation of 2074 m above sea level.

The peak itself offers a rather unique view – in favourable weather conditions you can see three different lakes from it (Buško, Ramsko and Blidinje lakes), making it a stunning vist for anyone who’s lucky enough to witness it. You hike through the pine woods up until a pleateau at around 1600 m elevation, where the trail continues in a southwest direction. The final part of the climb is steep and slippery, reaching the peak at 2228 m elevation, where you can find a small military base.
